Meet Shelley

Shelley is the first and only “CanadianRookie of the Year” – 1^st runner up that Exit Realty Advantage has ever had!  Which goes to show, this Award winning realtor hit the ground running – and became a “Gold Award Winner” (closing over 75 real estate transactions in 1 year) in her 3^rd year of business. Shelley is now a Platinum Award Winner with over 100 closed ends in 2021.  Shelley is a full time realtor, with a full time assistant who is a talented interior decorator who can advise and help stage her client’s home to most effectively reach peak market potential.   What does she attribute her immediate success to?  Understanding people, studying the market, constantly upgrading her knowledge of the market and the tools for effectively marketing properties and protecting her client’s Real Estate investment.  Loving what she does  – and caring for the people she represents, helps her clients become the best informed buyers and sellers on the market today. Her strength is negotiating, her back ground knowledge in contracting/building is an asset to every client she works with.A large part of her business is referral based – people trust her and in her ability to best represent them.  Therefore, they refer Shelley to the people they care about most.  In turn, Shelley has supported and sponsored many teams, sports and organizations in the area such as School sports & literacy programs, Figure Skating, CAMFA Football, Motocross, Soccer, Habitat for Humanity, and Autism Awareness as a way of saying Thank you and giving back to the community.   A registered relocation specialist – Shelley considers working with the Military a privilege to give back to those special men and women who give so much of themselves for our Freedom.

Shelley sits on the board for Soccer NB as well as the Horizon Health Patient Advisory Board and the Disclosure Board.  She also enjoyed being a founding member for the Exit Cares Committee and Vice-chair for 2 years.
